Our spacious 93m2 flat has everything you need: 2 double beds, a sleeping couch, a balcony, a fully equipped kitchen, a living room with a stunning view and many entertainment options. A cozy bedroom featuring a double bed (180 x 200 cm), smart TV, and essentials like an iron. A baby travel bed is available upon request.

Relax on our charming balcony, seating up to four.

A private gallery offers an adaptable bed (80/160 x 200 cm) with the option for full privacy using a curtain.

The living area boasts a convertible sofa (140 x 200 cm), smart TV, table football, Dart, Aracde and a Playstation set for entertainment.

A chef's dream, our kitchen is equipped with modern appliances and essentials, including a coffee machine and milk foamer.

Dine in style with a spacious table, six chairs, and a baby highchair available on request.

Refresh in our bathroom, complete with a bath and washing machine, dryer, complemented by an additional separate restroom.

A dedicated study corner ensures you stay productive.

Neighborhood overview
Karlin is one of Prague's most trendy and vibrant neighborhoods. Nestled in a safe and serene setting, it boasts an array of popular coffee spots and chic restaurants, all within a short stroll. Whether you're in the mood for artisanal brews or gourmet dishes, Karlin has something to satisfy every palate. Beyond its culinary delights, the area is also a shopper's haven with a mix of boutiques, shops, and supermarkets. Directly in front of the residence, you'll find a charming park, perfect for leisurely strolls or morning jogs, with several other green spaces nearby. Experience the best of urban living combined with the charm of nature in Karlin. It's only to metro stops to the very center of the city.
Getting around
Our apartment is very close to the city center. You can either take a tram or a metro or walk (25 Mins). Forum Karlin is only 5 walking minutes away.

It takes 2 minutes walk to the tram station (Urxova) with trams nr. 3, 8 and 24 going regularly to the Old Town (9 minutes) or Wenceslas Square (10 minutes), Prague main bus station Florenc (6 minutes) as well as O2 arena for concerts and sport events (10 minutes).

Metro is 6 minutes walk (Krizikova stop, B line) and it takes you to the city centre in 6 minutes.

If you prefer Uber and Bolt, they work in Prague very well and are for affordable prices (around 5-10 euros per ride to the city center).

Parking is available in front of the house for free on weekends (Friday 22:00 - Monday 8:00) and paid during the week. We offer you a free parking spot at parking garage 5 walking mins from for free. Please let us know in advance if you are interested in garage parking.
